ConvertBlink provides free online file conversion tools that operate entirely within your web browser. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Image format conversion (HEIC, AVIF, WebP, JPEG XL to common formats)
• Browser-based file processing using WebAssembly technology
• Local file conversion with no server uploads

2. No Registration Required

ConvertBlink operates without user accounts or registration. You can use our services immediately without providing personal information.

3. Local Processing

All file conversions happen locally in your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript technologies. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or transmitted over the internet.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ConvertBlink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify our conversion algorithms
• Use automated tools to access our service excessively
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

5. File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert. You warrant that you have the right to process and convert any files you upload to our service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. ConvertBlink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitations of Liability

ConvertBlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.

8. File Size Limits

Current file size limits are set at 100MB per file. These limits may be adjusted based on browser capabilities and performance considerations.

9. Intellectual Property

The ConvertBlink website, design, and conversion algorithms are owned by ConvertBlink. Your converted files remain your property.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. By using ConvertBlink, you agree to our use of essential cookies for site functionality. Analytics cookies are only used with your explicit consent.

When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics Enhanced Measurement to collect anonymous data about page interactions (views, scrolls, clicks), file conversion events, download activities, outbound link clicks, and general navigation patterns.
